Brad Murray

MD

Dr. Brad Murray is from Charlottesville, and is a graduate of Albemarle High School. He is an Assistant Professor for the University of Virginia School of Medicine teaching medical students, residents, and fellows in Geriatric Medicine.  Brad serves as the Medical Director at Westminster Canterbury of the Blue Ridge, and has worked closely with the Hospice of the Piedmont team since starting there in 2020. He did his own medical training at Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences at Old Dominion University, formerly EVMS, where he completed Internal Medicine Residency and a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine. Prior to joining UVA, he worked for Eastern Shore Rural Health, a community health center in Onancock, VA. Brad is gratefully married to Sue Murray, a Pediatrician, and they have four children.
