Kimberlyn McDonald joined Hospice of the Piedmont in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on academic medicine. Kimberlyn’s expertise spans diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as organizational development, making her a valuable addition to our leadership team. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering inclusive and positive workplace cultures. She holds a master’s degree in organizational development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Kimberlyn is passionate about contributing to the community and looks forward to continuing her volunteer efforts in Charlottesville. Outside of work, she enjoys engaging with local organizations and finding new ways to support community needs.
