Kirstin Fritz

Development Associate

Kirstin Fritz joined the Hospice of the Piedmont Development team in 2025. With 20+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and marketing, she has worked with CIMA Consulting, The Center at Belvedere (formerly Senior Center Inc), the Thomas Jefferson Foundation, and Pamplin Historical Park in a variety of roles. At HOP, Kirstin supports the day-to-day operations of the Development team by processing gifts, updating records, and sending donor acknowledgment letters. She recently completed a Master of Divinity degree and is working towards ordination in her faith tradition. Kirstin lives in Louisa County with her spouse, two teenage sons, and a dog named Luna.
