Shannon joined Hospice of the Piedmont in 2025, bringing a lifelong commitment to service and people-centered leadership. Her professional journey began in the dental field, where she cherished playing a role in giving individuals the confidence to smile. Throughout her career, that same passion for supporting and encouraging others has guided her work and ultimately led her to HOP.
She holds a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University. After 28 years traveling the world alongside her veteran spouse, Shannon is grateful to have put down roots in Charlottesville and is honored to serve the community through her work with the Hospice of the Piedmont team.
