Planned Giving

“While providing exceptional care you also comfort family members and address their many needs. I could not have asked for a more sacred and loving atmosphere. Thank you for such a meaningful gift.”

A Legacy of Hope for Patients and Families

The oldest, most experienced, and only community-based, not-for-profit hospice in the region, Hospice of the Piedmont provides terminally ill patients with compassionate end-of-life care and their loved ones with a safe and supportive place to grieve. Our legacy is those family members, friends, and neighbors who have been touched by our tender yet expert care and support.

Each year we receive donations from friends who made special provisions for us through planned giving in their estate plans. These thoughtful gifts ensure that our hospice services are here for patients and families for many years to come.

Through careful planning, you can make a significant contribution in the future that may not be possible during your lifetime. There is no minimum required and we respect requests for anonymity.

We’d like to thank you for remembering us in your estate plan. Let us know if you establish a future or planned gift for us now so The Agnes Coburn Legacy Society, named to commemorate one of our founders, can honor you as a friend of Hospice of the Piedmont, and a person who shares our commitment to a bright future of supporting patients and their families with compassionate hospice care. Thank you in advance for providing financial support through your will or other estate plan.

Would you like to talk about a future gift to Hospice of the Piedmont in your will or estate plan, so we can continue our good work for patients and loved ones on the end-of-life journey?
